Nothing older than 24 hours
Email recruiters the day they post.
ReachPod scans LinkedIn for hiring posts from the last 24 hours, keeps only the ones that carry a recruiter’s email address and match your resume, and writes the outreach for you. You approve it. It sends from your own inbox.

01The problem
Most job applications arrive too late to matter.
A role gets posted. A recruiter writes about it on LinkedIn on day one. It reaches the job boards on day four, an aggregator on day nine, and your feed on day twenty - by which point four hundred people are already in the pile and the shortlist is closed.
How a role goes cold
- Day 0Reading every reply
Recruiter posts on LinkedIn
- Day 4Shortlist forming
Role reaches the job boards
- Day 9Hundreds already applied
Aggregators pick it up
- Day 20Usually decided
It finally shows up in your feed
ReachPod only ever works on Day 0. Illustrative timeline, not a measured statistic.
Timing
You apply to a role that was decided weeks ago
Job boards surface roles long after the hiring manager stopped reading new applications. Being applicant 412 is not a strategy.
Channel
The form is a black hole; the inbox is not
An application goes into an ATS queue. An email goes to a person who was, that morning, publicly asking for exactly your skill set.
Effort
Doing it manually is a full-time job
Finding fresh posts, digging out an email address, checking the role actually fits, writing something that isn't a template - that is two hours per email, every day.
If you don't send the email, someone else will.
02How it works
Five steps. You only do two of them.
Upload a resume and press approve. Everything between those two moments is the product.
- 01Setup
Upload your resume once
We parse it into a structured profile - skills, tools, titles, years of experience. You never retype it into another form.
One upload. PDF or DOCX.
- 02Scan
Scan LinkedIn by keyword
The ReachPod Chrome extension pulls hiring posts for the keywords you care about - and only posts published in the last 24 hours.
Nothing older than a day enters the pipeline.
- 03Filter
Keep only the reachable posts
If a post doesn't contain a recruiter's email address, it is dropped. We don't guess addresses, and we don't buy lists.
No email in the post, no draft.
- 04Match
Match the post against your profile
What the post asks for is scored against the skills we parsed from your resume. Roles you aren't a fit for never become drafts.
Relevance is a filter, not a ranking.
- 05Send
Draft, review, send from your inbox
AI writes the email from their specific post and your actual experience. You read it, edit it, approve it. It goes out over SMTP from your own address - so replies land in your inbox.
You approve every send. Or hand the whole thing to us.
Free and Pro
You install the extension, pick your keywords, and approve the drafts. Start on the free plan and see the first replies before you pay anything.
Done-For-You Service
We scan, draft, and send on your behalf - still from your own SMTP, still with replies landing in your inbox. You step in when a recruiter answers.
03Why it's different
Four rules we don’t bend.
Plenty of tools will blast cold emails for you. These are the constraints that make ReachPod worth reading on the other end.
We never email a stale job
Only posts from the last 24 hours make it into your queue. Every email you send lands while the recruiter is still actively reading replies about that role.
Job boards and scrapers recycle listings for weeks.
Every draft has a real person behind it
The recruiter's email has to be in the post itself. We don't pattern-guess addresses, scrape private profiles, or buy contact databases - so bounce rates stay near zero.
Lead tools guess firstname@company and hope.
Sent from your inbox, not ours
Mail goes out over SMTP from your own email account. Your name in the From line, your domain reputation, your thread. Replies come straight back to you - we never see them.
Outreach tools send from shared pools that land in spam.
Automated right up to the send button
Scan, filter, match, and draft run without you. The only manual step is the one you'd never want automated - reading the email before it goes.
Or upgrade to Service and we run that step too.
04What you get
Everything between the post and the send.
Six parts, one loop: scan, parse, match, draft, review, send.
A feed of posts from the last 24 hours
Hiring posts pulled by keyword from LinkedIn, capped at a 24-hour window. Not a job board, not an aggregator, not last month's listings.
One resume upload becomes your profile
We parse skills, tools, titles, and years of experience into a structured profile that every draft is written from.
Skill matching decides what gets drafted
Each post is scored against your parsed profile. Posts that don't fit your skills are dropped before an email is ever written.
Emails written from their post and your resume
Every draft quotes something specific from the recruiter's post and ties it to real experience on your resume. No mail-merge templates.
I saw you're hiring a Backend Engineer - I spent two years on payments at Razorpay, which maps to the reliability work in your post…
Review, edit, approve - then it sends
Drafts sit in your dashboard until you act on them. Edit a line, approve the batch, or discard it. Nothing goes out on its own.
Your SMTP, your From line, your replies
Connect your Gmail or any SMTP account. Mail is sent as you, and every reply lands in your inbox - not in a shared dashboard.
Thanks for reaching out about the post. Are you free Thursday for a quick call?
05See it running
Watch a post become an email.
Extension scan on LinkedIn, matched drafts in the dashboard, one approval, sent from your own inbox.

Their outreach funnel
from first outreach to job offer
“ReachPod turned LinkedIn hiring posts into real conversations. I landed a Full Stack Engineer role in 17 days - without spraying generic applications.”
Where things stand
The numbers, without the spin
Product usage to date. We don’t publish a reply-rate guarantee, because outreach results depend on your resume, your keywords, and the market you’re in.
Early users
People who stopped applying and started emailing
Every quote below came from someone running ReachPod on their own job search.
“ReachPod helped me land a Full Stack Engineer role in 17 days. Recruiters replied because every email referenced their actual post.”
“I stopped spraying job portals. Within two weeks I had real recruiter threads in my Gmail - all from posts ReachPod found that week.”
“A hiring manager replied asking for my portfolio. They quoted my email back to me - it clearly wasn't a copy-paste blast.”
“I had no warm network when I pivoted careers. ReachPod put me in front of managers who had literally posted about hiring that day.”
“Used the done-for-you service while I prepped for interviews. Outreach kept running; I handled every reply myself.”
“Each draft tied my resume skills to what the recruiter posted. Felt like a warm intro, not a mail merge.”
“Sending from my own Gmail meant replies showed up with my name on the thread. ReachPod opened the door; I took the conversations from there.”
“The extension pulled fresh hiring posts daily. I reviewed drafts over coffee, hit send, and got hours back every week.”
“Recruiters responded because every email referenced their actual post. My reply rate beat every template I had tried before.”

07Boundaries
What ReachPod will never do
Cold outreach earns a bad name when the tool hides what it's doing. Here is the list, in plain language.
- Send an email you haven't approved, on Free or Pro.
- Send from a shared domain, a spoofed address, or anyone's inbox but yours.
- Read, intercept, or answer a recruiter's reply. That thread is yours alone.
- Touch anything that isn't a publicly visible LinkedIn post.
- Guess or purchase an email address that wasn't in the post.
- Use your resume for anything except writing your own outreach.
08Questions
The things people actually ask
Straight answers about where the emails come from, whose inbox they send through, and what we refuse to automate.
ReachPod turns fresh LinkedIn hiring posts into recruiter emails. You upload your resume once and we parse it into a skills profile. The ReachPod Chrome extension then scans LinkedIn for hiring posts published in the last 24 hours for your keywords. A post only becomes a draft if it contains a recruiter's email address and matches your parsed skills. AI writes the email from that post and your resume, you review it, and it sends from your own inbox over SMTP.
Stop applying into the void.
Upload your resume once. ReachPod finds the recruiters who posted today, writes the email, and hands it to you to approve. It goes out from your address, and the reply comes back to you.
