Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This website is operated by Shantanu Ashok Jain. You may cancel a ReachPod paid plan at any time. This page explains notice periods, when access ends, and how cancellation relates to refunds.

2. How to cancel

Email shantanujain18@gmail.com or submit the contact form from your registered email with the subject “Cancel subscription” and your plan name (Pro or Service).

3. Notice duration

• Pro: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or quarterly). No further charges after that period if you cancel before renewal.
• Done-For-You Service: Please give at least 7 days’ notice before the next quarterly renewal so we can stop scheduled outreach work. Cancellation mid-quarter stops new work after notice is confirmed; the current quarter is not prorated unless you qualify under the Refund Policy.
• Free plan: You may delete your account anytime by emailing us; no paid cancellation applies.

4. After cancellation

Paid features end when the cancellation effective date is reached. Your account data may remain until you request deletion. We do not auto-renew after a confirmed cancellation.
