Shipping Policy

1. No physical shipping

This website is operated by Shantanu Ashok Jain. ReachPod provides digital software and online services only. We do not ship physical products, packages, or documents. There is no courier, postal, or freight delivery.

2. Delivery / activation duration

• Free & Pro (self-serve): Access is delivered online. After payment confirmation (or signup for Free), your dashboard and plan features are activated typically within a few minutes, and at most within 24 hours.
• Done-For-You Service: Onboarding and service setup begin within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of your resume / target roles. Ongoing outreach is delivered digitally (emails sent via your SMTP; drafts and reports in your dashboard or inbox).

3. Delivery mode

Delivery is exclusively electronic: website access at https://reachpod.in, email notifications, and SMTP-based sending. No physical goods are dispatched.

4. Delays

If activation takes longer than the durations above, contact shantanujain18@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will resolve access promptly.
